Cream separators
Milky cream separators (milk separators) are the easiest way to separate milk into cream and skimmed milk. All parts of the cream separator that come into contact with the milk are made of food-safe material and are therefore easy to clean and hygienic.

life span
Our cream separators are well-known for their extremely high life span and reliability. The specially developed LONGLIFE motors (brushless, closed, without coals) can perform 3-5 times more working hours than conventional motors. With the SLOW START technology, the motor is additionally preserved due to a slow start and guarantees an economical operation.
Newest
technology
Our cream separators are always up-to-date due to permanent development and innovation. A particular highlight is the new top bowl made from anodized aluminium which has been in use since 2015. It is centred and balanced with specially constructed machines, allowing for more top bowl discs to be installed if required. The benefit and user efficiency is raised by approx. 20% to 25%. Additionally the two different types of discs (with hills and smooth) prevent the discs sticking together.

FJ 130 ERR
The new cream separator combines innovation and tradition for both semi-professional and professional users. A strong LONGLIFE motor with SLOW START technology guarantees an exceptional life span.
- 12 litre milk container, container holder and outlets made of stainless steel
- Electronic control shows the optimal time for starting the process with a LED light (approx. 8500 rpm)
- Fixing hooks for the milk container prevent accidental spilling of milk
- Low-maintenance, silent, closed "LONGLIFE" motor (without coals) performs up to 1.500 working hours (3-5 times more than a conventional motor. The number of rotations of the motor isn't affected by electrical fluctuations and always stays constant
- The thickness of cream can be set up from 8% to 12% with the adjustable cream screw
- SLOW START enables a slow start and a gentle operation of the motor
- On-off switch with light-emitting diode, covered with water-proof rubber
- Fixing on a table possible
